Beauty Clinic

An operating aesthetic beauty clinic is for sale in the historic Old Town of Batumi, one of the most attractive and tourist-friendly areas of the city. The sale includes the entire building, the operating business, the client base, and the existing team, making it fully functional. There are currently 7 employees working in the clinic, including 2 doctors, while the space allows up to 6 doctors to work simultaneously. This creates significant potential for revenue growth if the medical team and service range are expanded. There is already an on-site manager who handles daily operations. The total area of the property is approximately 400 square meters and includes both the clinic and several apartments used for clients who choose to stay during the day or overnight during their treatment period. The sale also includes all professional equipment, valued at approximately $200,000. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a fully operational aesthetic clinic together with real estate in one of the fastest-growing cities on the Black Sea coast, offering high growth potential.
